This policy covers the Solid Span app for iPhone and iPad (“the app”) and this website. Solid Span is built to work without knowing anything about you.
The app
Where your data lives
Structures you save to Tests and your settings are stored only on your device, inside the app's own storage. They never leave the device.
- Saved tests — the structures you choose to save, with the names you give them.
- Settings — your safety target, whether own weight is included, haptics on or off, and whether you have seen the introduction.
If your device is backed up to iCloud or a computer, this data can be included in that backup under Apple's terms. We have no access to it.
Network and third parties
The app works fully offline. It does not use any third-party services or SDKs and does not connect to any server. It asks for no permissions — no location, camera, contacts or notifications.
Deleting your data
Delete any saved test from Tests, or remove all of them in Settings → Your data. Deleting the app removes everything it stored.
Children
Solid Span does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
This website
No cookies, no analytics
This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
Fonts from Google
The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. To deliver the font files, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and basic browser information. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The contact form
The contact form on this site is a demonstration only. Nothing you type into it is sent, stored or shared — it simply shows a confirmation on your screen. To actually reach us, please email inbox@lumenglow.sbs.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you, never sell or share it, and delete it on request.
Good to know
Apple and the App Store
Downloads and purchases are handled by Apple. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymous statistics such as crash reports and download counts. This data does not identify you and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Your rights
Because the app collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on your behalf. If you have emailed us, you can ask us at any time to show you or delete that correspondence.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated text will appear on this page and in the app, with a new date at the top.
